Delivery Process
This is what happens between submitting an order and receiving material at your property.
Submit Your Order
Start by reviewing the products, then choose the material and quantity. Add the zip code for delivery and select a date.
Supplier Assignment
Your order is connected with a supplier in our network for delivery.
Delivery Confirmation
An email will confirm the delivery date and provide a contact number for the supplier handling your delivery.
Dump Truck Delivery
The material arrives by dump truck and is unloaded at your driveway or another designated spot on the property.
Delivery Day Guidelines
Prepare Before Delivery
- Clear the designated material placement area
- Provide dump truck access with a 12-foot-wide route clear of hanging branches and wires.
- Identify the dump spot using a cone, flag, or another visible marker
- Being home is not required. Leave the route unobstructed and provide instructions for material placement.
- Keep your phone available in case the driver calls or texts for confirmation
At Delivery
- If placement needs clarification, the driver will call or text
- The material is unloaded as a pile at the specified location
- The usual dump point is the driveway or reachable ground beside it
- The delivery itself generally takes about 10-15 minutes

Being Home for Delivery
No. Leave an open route and note the intended unloading area. Material will be dumped following those instructions.
Available Order Amounts
Quantities range from a single ton through a multi-ton load. Use the calculator to enter the project size, or tell us the amount needed and we will load it.
Backyard Material Placement
Safe unloading requires clear, level ground for the dump truck. It can unload in a backyard when truck access is available; otherwise, the driveway or an area beside the street is the usual location.
Ordering Too Much or Too Little
The calculator can help determine the needed amount. For more material, place another order. Refer to the refund policy for cancellations.
Weekend Delivery
Deliveries are currently available on weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Select the preferred date during checkout.

An email with order and delivery details is sent immediately. We will also contact you to confirm the delivery date and share the supplier's contact information.
Property Access for the Truck
Dump trucks need an access route at least 12-foot wide, without hanging branches or overhead wires. When the site is inaccessible, the driver will unload as close as safely possible. Reach out before ordering with any access concerns.
